You get the essential services of an agent plus legal counsel from a licensed attorney – and you save money in the process!

How much money? If you’re buying a $900,000 house with a typical 3% commission, you’ll save $13,500. That’s because we rebate up to 50% of the commission to you at closing subject to our minimum fee.

For homes that sell for under $2,000,000, the minimum fee is 1.5% of the sales price or $9,000, whichever is greater. For homes that sell for $2,000,000 or more, the minimum fee is 1.25% of the sales price.

Our buyer clients are charged $500 upfront when they engage us. This fee serves as a gatekeeper so that only buyers who are very serious about buying a home and who value the more sophisticate advice an attorney can provide engage us. The upfront portion is good for three years and the balance comes due when and only when you successfully purchase a home. There’s no rush so take your time to find the perfect property.
