WaLaw Realty is owned by lawyers focused on residential real estate. Originally we only provided legal services to "For Sale By Owner" (FSBO) clients. Now, with the addition of WaLaw Realty, we also provide real estate broker services.

Buying a house? We’ll help you buy it and rebate the buyer's agent commission, typically 3% back at closing. Selling a home? We’ll list the property on the MLS and provide the tools you need to sell it for a low flat fee instead of a commission.

Better still, you’ll be represented by attorneys who have handled hundreds of residential transactions. WaLaw Realty works with the law firm Blackmon Holmes PLLC.

Unlike real estate agents, we provide complete legal counsel. We answer your questions about the contract. We identify and address legal issues. We draft a contract that is tailored to your unique situation, if necessary. Our counsel goes far beyond the limited legal services provided by real estate agents.

Whether you're buying a home or selling a house, we offer practical advice (as your agent) tempered with prudent legal counsel (as your attorney). And we charge a lot less. Now that's different.
