Once hired, we’ll visit the property to give you our feedback on what else needs to be done. We can recommend other experts to help you, such as a home stager. If a buyer doesn’t have an agent – which is unusual – then you might have to host an occasional tour. But, if you prefer, we can do that for you at our low hourly rate. (Read more about our fees.)

Some people don’t have the time or interest to deal with buyers. That’s cool, and if that’s you we might not be the best fit.
