“Simply great.
What can I say. From the very beginning Marc was there for us. We had been checking some houses for ourself and we already knew what we wanted, but we could not find the perfect match. Marc was there to advise us and present the options.
Once we found the house (after a couple of failed attempts) our relationship with WaLaw was smooth and easy. Have into account they have their business hours, though, but when we really needed them (and we needed them a lot at the end) they were always there for us.
When we finally made the offer and it was accepted, WaLaw advised us and presented our case in the way we liked, always asking us when an important action needed to be taken, and translating our questions and concerns to the seller. Finally, we agreed to the terms and went for the deal.

Our experience with the bank was a real nightmare. They delayed again and again (to the point of having to spend some nights in hotels and we are still waiting to be refunded), and during all that time Marc was there, following the process to the point that I felt relief at times when I feeling overwhelmed by the situation. He was there and took care of it meanwhile I recovered so I could face the challenge again. It was really good to know they were there.

I highly recommend WaLaw, especially if you already know what you want and how you want it. They have a policy that limits the number of hours for touring homes, so have that in mind and try to do some research by yourself (I don’t know if they have changed that policy already?), I just say that so you don’t feel cheated when you want to visit 20 different places and they start to charge you, because for the rest of the process, they are going to be there with you, making your life easier and showing a high degree of professionalism and knowledge. – “

We enjoyed our experience so much [using Craig to help us sell our house FSBO] we contacted Craig when we were ready to buy our next house. We worked with Craig through both his law firm and through WALaw Realty. Craig helped tremendously through the negotiation process. He kept us apprised of everything that was going on and answered question after question we threw at him. I have and will continue to tell people I know and meet who are ready to sell or buy to contact Craig. Telling them they will not only have a great experience but they could save a tremendous amount of money on your purchase or sale. With the money we saved we were able to pay all closing costs, buy points toward our loan, and still had some money left over.
