WaLaw continues its series of free homebuyer seminars this summer on July 6, when we’ll be, like the Jeffersons, moving on up to the Eastside. We’ll be at the North Bellevue Community Center, 4063 148th Ave. NE, Bellevue from 6:30 to 8:30 pm (RSVPs appreciated but not required). We’ll be discussing the current state of the market and how you can save thousands of dollars in transaction costs. We’ll also be sharing our insight, as attorneys, on common pitfalls for home buyers — and sellers too! While its a “homebuyer” seminar, sellers will also gain valuable information.
