With his partner Marc Holmes, Craig owns and operates WaLaw Realty LLC, a real estate brokerage that provides the services of a real estate agent (such as MLS listings for sellers and access to listed properties for buyers) plus the professional legal representation of an attorney – all for a low flat fee.

WaLaw’s series of free home buying seminars — sellers welcome too! — continues this summer with our next class on June 22 in West Seattle at the Southwest Seattle Public Library, 9010 35th Ave. SW, West Seattle (RSVPs appreciated but not required). Our first class last night, in Ballard, was a real success — everyone loved the cookies (from Dahalia Bakery)! Plus there was some great conversation about the state of the market, financing, and our business (and how we help buyers save thousands of dollars).
