WaLaw is Hiring! We need an In-house Lead Agent and a Touring Agent

Times are good at WaLaw Realty and we’re searching for exceptional agents to help us better serve our clients. We’re looking for both an experienced agent to work predominantly in-house and touring agents to assist with home tours, inspections, appraisals, etc.

We are building something entirely new in the real estate industry and the response we’ve received so far has been fantastic. Now we’re ready to go to the next level and we need people who will embrace our vision and who have great enthusiasm, a willingness to work very hard, and a “No-is-not-an-option” attitude.

Requirements:

– An active real estate license (or eligibility to re-activate promptly) and flawless record with the Department of Licensing and court system.
– Eligibility for membership in the NWMLS.
– A reliable vehicle for meeting our clients and current auto insurance.
– An upbeat attitude and sincere passion for real estate and providing superior customer service.
– Experience with online social marketing a plus.
– The In-House Agent position requires a college degree, exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), and at least 2 years of experience.
– Paralegal experience would be a big plus since you’ll be working in collaboration with our affiliated law firm, Blackmon Holmes, PLLC.

If you’re stuck in a world where 6% commissions are mandatory, don’t waste your time. We aim to do more for less and need someone who’s willing to embrace a new paradigm.

Please send resumes, cover letters, and salary/wage expectations to marc@walawrealty.com. We’re really busy so no calls please.
